# The New Studio

## Direct answer
The New Studio is the group-reading and organizational-practice layer of *The Corporate Artist*. It helps company book clubs, leadership teams, creative teams, offsites, and other groups explore Creative Medium, Known Character, Co-creation, and Micromovements together.

It should not turn the ideas into personality assessments, diagnoses, automated judgments, or generic corporate training.

## Suggested session formats
### 45 minutes
Choose one concept and three questions. End with one Micromovement.

### 60 minutes
Creative Medium → Known Character → Co-creation → one different move.

### 90 minutes
Add leadership conditions, unfinished work, and what the group may already be co-creating.

## Facilitation guardrails
1. Use canonical definitions where available.
2. Invite reflection; do not diagnose.
3. Keep human judgment in the room.
4. Preserve uncertainty when useful.
5. Co-creation does not require consensus.
6. End with one Micromovement, not a program.
